Mark in the service department was excellent in handling the situation with my vehicle. Making sure that it's safe for me and my son. He went above and beyond. I have to bring my car back in for another service appointment for follow up and rest assured that the service department and the dealership and Caren who sold me the car are taking care of my family. It is much appreciated one last thing for me to have to worry about.
